Water Management

Music City Center has a comprehensive water management plan.

Inside, all faucets, toilets, and urinals utilize low-flow and sensor technology. Outside, landscape materials are water-efficient, native to the region and appropriate for the climate.

Stormwater runoff is collected in a 360,000-gallon cistern underneath the facility. The water is filtered and distributed for use in the building’s 500 toilets and urinals, as well as irrigation for the green roof and ground landscaping.

Our comprehensive water management plan reduces municipal water usage by as much as 51%.
