Diversity Business Enterprise Program

The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency is charged with providing Diversity Business Enterprise firms fair and equal access to all of its convention center procurement opportunities. MDHA is committed to increasing the participation of minority, women and small-business enterprises in all aspects of its contracting of purchasing programs, including, but not limited to construction, equipment, development projects and professional services contracts.

Roxianne Bethune, DBE Director
MDHA has hired Roxianne Bethune as its director of Diversity Business Enterprise to ensure diversity contract compliance, and has set a goal of 20 percent DBE participation – a goal it exceeded in the construction of LP Field. Among her duties, Roxianne will coordinate and host multiple DBE fairs to provide opportunities for minorities, women and small businesses to get involved in the convention center project.

Music City DBE Contractors

Current Procurement Opportunities
The following procurement opportunities are currently available for the Music City Center. Interested M/W/SBE firms must complete a vendor registration form if they have not done so previously and submit it to MDHA. Once this has been completed and all requested information is received, an acknowledgement letter will be mailed, and the firm will be entered into MDHA’s database.
